Obituary Announcement:
It is with deep and profound sadness that the GTA on behalf of the Badgie family (Ya Haddy, Yusupha and Imam Sheikh Tijan) regret to announce the death of their beloved mother Aja Safiatou Colley Badgie. This sad event occured in the early morning hours of Sunday February 5th 2012 in Irving, Texas.
May her soul rest in Perfect Peace and May Allah grant her Jannatul Firdaus and give her family the strength to cope in this most difficult moment.
Our prayers and thoughts are with Ya Haddy, Yusupha and Imam Sheikh Tijan and the entire Badgie family.
The GTA on behalf of the community is organizing a fundraising drive for the family to "Jalleh" and help transport the body back to the Gambia
