Gambian Texas Association

As Gambian American nationals living in Texas, we recognize the worth of each individual and desire to promote the interest and welfare of our people.  We are therefore committed to the building of a strong Gambian community.  We are dedicated to the pursuit of mutual understanding, love, a strong sense of cultural value, and the brotherhood of humanity.  We therefore, resolve to organize ourselves into a body called Gambian Texas Association (GTA). We will seek to build mutual trust amongst ourselves in the belief that we need to safeguard, preserve and promote our culture, in the conduct of all our affairs
